Most people don't bother with Emacs' built-in mode and use AUCTeX
<URL:http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex> instead. A precompiled
developer Emacs for Windows including AUCTeX can be gotten from
<URL:ftp://alpha.gnu.org/pub/gnu/auctex>
