Hello,
I have the following problem : when I type the quotation mark character,
emacs displays the diaeresis character.
I am using emacs 21.2.1 under linux with a solaris6 keybord.
Do you have any idea what the problem is or at least how I can solve it?

Which character do you hit and what do you then see?
You mean you hit " but you see ¨?
