Hello!

It is, creating a statically-linked "emacs" executable that contains
all elisp packages in itself (including cc-mode, gnus, ..), I hope to
use this as the fail-safe editor. Anybody know how to do this?

What you want to do is called `dumping'.  See the function dump-emacs.
