How come my emacs whitespace-mode not show newline ^M and/or ^J but
instead only $ ?
How to solve it and show ^M and ^J symbol when whitespace-mode on and
all are shown

I don't understand the question. If you had the ^M characters shown
in a buffer before activating whitespace-mode, then after activating
the mode you will see ^M$ at the end of each line which had ^M before.
I guess you are doing something special which you didn't describe in
enough detail. In particular, where do those ^M characters come from?
As for ^J, Emacs never shows them, it always shows them as the
newline, i.e. it starts a new line.
