Emacs 26.1 on Windows, 32 bits distrib

Using 'emacs -Q' I get that error when opening an HTML file:

css-mode is part of Emacs, please make sure your installation is not
corrupted.

FWIW, I've just visited an HTML file in stock Emacs 26.1 on Windows,
and saw no problems.

OK. I reinstalled and everything is OK. In fact I had deprecated
versions of css-mode in my load path. I think that in trying to clean
up I deleted too many files by mistake. Sorry for not thinking about
it.
