not related to emacs directly but perhaps emacs can provide help...
i got a zip'd folder from windows. After unzipping, all chars in
chinese file names becomes garbled.
is there a way to correct this?
(as far as i know, windows file systemis utf16 and mac is utf8...
am not sure why zip utility doesn't contain the file name encoding
used...
i guess the prob is to get the raw binary of file names then re-
interpret it... but not sure how to get the raw binary)
Thanks.
