Subject: auto-revert-buffer only once?
Date: Tue, 16 Oct 2007 19:43:10 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <71ab86070710161743r7232d7f1vb1ab2d9e68ab29f5@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Dear there,
I am using Emacs 22.1 and I set Auto-Revert-Mode for a local buffer.
My testing code is writing to that buffer numbers 1, 2, 3, .....10
However once I visit that buffer, I see 1,2,3,4,5, and the buffer
won't change automatically anymore. I have to manually issue another
command M-x revert-buffer to see 1,2...10.
Why Emacs doesn't monitor this buffer every auto-revert-interval (my
value is 1)?
Thanks.
