Besides others it shows these:

/usr/lib/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0.1800.3
/usr/lib/libpangoft2-1.0.so.0.2600.0
/usr/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0.1800.3
/usr/lib/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0.1800.3

I'd say it uses GTK.

I have it on the right. As most other X11 applications have too.

I hope, you won't say that it matters if the scrollbar is left or right?
