C-h v features RET
will give a list of the features loaded.
This is a .el or .elc, if it called  'provide.

M-: (feature-file 'foo) RET
will tell you which file provided feature "foo"

It will be in one of the directories listed in
C-h v load-path RET
but I can't find an easy way to determine which one it is.
