* Cannot install properly emacs 23.4

Hi!

OS: OS X 10.7.3

I was working with GNU emacs 23.3, everything was fine.
I tried to install GNU emacs 23.4 using

./configure --with-ns
make install

After having started emacs, it was impossible to move the opened windows that contained emacs… 
The windows appeared as shown on the screen shot. 

Did I missed something ?
