Can I copy & paste (alternatively: move) a cua rectangle with
standard cua functions?

In the example, uppercase signifies the marked rectangle;
What I want to do is copy that rectangle to where the `v' points,
to get the DESIRED RESULT:



Now is the time for all GOOD men to come to the aid of their party
