I'm running Debian stable, Emacs 21.2.1, and html-helper-mode
3.0.4jolly-3.
When I hit the <TAB> key in html-helper-mode, nothing happens.
M-x indent-relative does work.
I'd like to be able to have some sort of reasonable intentation
capability that doesn't require issuing M-x commands.

M-x local-set-key RET TAB indent-relative RET
