Just to say thanks to everyone for their help. <br><br>Installed the precompliled windows binary for aspell, plus the english dictionary<br><br>added (setq-default ispell-program-name &quot;aspell&quot;) to .emacs and added the path to the aspell bin directory as an environmental variable.
