Subject: How to invoke a major-mode on startup?
Date: Mon, 18 Aug 2003 10:39:20 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030818083920.GB18162@puma.stud.ntnu.no> (raw)
I can't figure out how to specify a major mode to enter using
command-line parameters. I'm not very familiar with lisp, so I guess
that's the reason.
What I want to achieve is to enter auto-fill-mode when I invoke emacs
from my MUA, in my case Mutt.
Thanks in advance,
Øystein
