* GNU Emacs tutorial?

Way back when I first learned Emacs (almost 20 years ago) I used a nifty 
tutorial.  I poked around my info hierarchy but I cannot find it 
anymore.  Has it been retired?  How do you recommend a novice start 
learning Emacs?

By looking at the splash screen and starting the tutorial with the
key combination that is mentioned there.
