Subject: comparing file with revisions

Hi 
I found that the different behaviour is caused by the saving of the local file 
without of the CR-LF by emacs althoght the coding system was undecided-dos. I 
aspect that emacs doesn't change the coding system as in the previous 
version. 
Can anyone help to fix this.
