To whom it may concern,
I encountered the problem that I could not save my tex document under
emacs. The error message had to do with encryption program
Symbol's function definition is void: call-with-transparent-undo
It took me a while to figure out the solution and I thought that I will
share it with the forum. One has to remove the crypt/crypt++ package when
x-symbol is installed. Both packages are incompatible (or at least until
now) in emacs21. I believe it is a known bug. The solution, however, is not
well documented.
Cheers,
Olivier
