Hi,
for windoze users I've read (here: http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/efaq-w32/Downloading.html#Downloading):
"Generally most users will
want the file emacs-24.4-bin-i386.zip, which
contains everything you need to get started." but into the download page (ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/windows/) I see only emacs-24.4-bin-i686-pc-mingw32.zip for 24.4 release.
I'm sorry for my poor english and, perhaps, for the stupidity of my question.

The w32 FAQ is outdated, and shouldn't be used as source of reliable
information.
