Hi all!

I have installed precompiled Emacs with apt-get in my Ubuntu box, then I get
it's sources manually.
How can I point emacs to them? I want to be able to view definitions of
functions, now it looks like
"describe-function is an interactive compiled Lisp function."

On Ubuntu, there's a seperate package for the .el files.

sudo apt-get install emacs23-el

Should work.
