The DOE Headquarters' E-Mail Security Server detected an "Executable"
file as an
attachment to your message. In order to minimize the propagation of
certain viruses,
DOE does not permit the transmission of executable files via E-Mail to
or from the
Headquarters site.
Files of this nature should be transmitted via "FTP" or some other
mechanism.
