I would like to know if there is a way to map Enter key to Yes on y-or-
n questions (like buffer killing confirmation).

do `C-h f y-or-n-p RET' and read the documentation you see there. should
provide you with enough hints to accomplish what you want.

(define-key query-replace-map [return] 'act)
(define-key query-replace-map [?\C-m] 'act)
