Input Method: korean-hangul3 When I follow yours of "C-x RET c utf-8 RET C-x C-s", emacs didn't complain like the description above. However, actual written document does not seem to be UTF-8. When I reload the file using emacs or other editor supporting utf-8, it contains only broken characters just like showing square boxes.
