Hello together,

When I leave emacs alone for a moment, it takes very cpu-time and some cpu
consuming applications (like i.E. games) loose resposivness.
The problem disapears if I set "semantic-idle-scheduler-idle-time" to a very
high value (so that it just does not happen).

Also: If I execute "semantic-complete-analyze-inline", emacs is busy for
quite long (maybe a minute) before giving me a message.

I am using the CVS version (22.0.50.1) with cedet.

Any Idea what coul be wrong?
Thanks!
Nathan

Which CVS version? What is the build date? What operating system?
This version number is valid for Emacsen created in the last year or
so. There have been some changes possibly fixing this not too
recently.

I have the exact same problem and I'm running GNU Emacs 22.0.50.1
(i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2006-09-05, which I compiled from
yesterday's CVS version, on Windows XP (SP2). I check out and recompile
every week or so and this problem didn't occur until yesterday. Setting
semantic-idle-scheduler-idle-time to a high value as Nathan suggested
worked around the issue however.

I am on gentoo Linux and have installed emacs via "emerge emacs-cvs". I just
redid that, so the build date is 2006-09-06 (problem still exists).
Thanks for any help!
