These commands are useful when browsing code/text.
I googled this topic without any hint.
Anybody knows?

Maybe you can use C-u 1 C-l or C-u -1 C-l

Nice!  That's useful, especially in the middle of isearch.  I didnt'
know C-l took arguments like that.
