Hi:
I am using Evolution as my emailer. It adds
EMACS List <help-gnu-emacs@gnu.org.>
Would that cause it to bounce? Because if I post directly from the
mailman my messages seem to get through.
Bounce message:
"Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<help-gnu-emacs@gnu.org.>:
199.232.76.166 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 Invalid address in message header"
I have never run into this before.
Regards Bill

I think it is complaining about the period after org in the address.
