So, the premise of the predicament I would establish are finding
an answer that does not generally require knowledge of dotfiles,
does not generally require knowledge of elisp, on a system that
already puts spamassassin headers on many of the messages.
Where are there any already existing commands in emacs Rmail ?...
that could sort out spam type messages by spamassassin
header lines' strings, expressions into a suspected spam file
available if necessary for review for false hits.
What one time use, existing emacs commands or Rmail commands,
on the fly commands are there available for already loaded Rmail.
Something like, similar to for example M-x type commands or like
C-c C-s C-d rmail-summary-sort-by-date, topic, author,
Esc C-s rmail-summary-by-regexp
That way you could get to your favorite correspondents more
quickly at the beginning of a session if you do not generally know
dotfiles, do not generally know elisp.
