A government red tape conundrum.

Would any of you nice folks out there subscribe to the public hearings
email from Boston City Council and let me know how to have it as plain
ASCII text ?...

To request city council mailings:
ann.hess at cityofboston.gov

City Hall Management Information Services MIS and city council offices
have been unwilling to send plain ASCII text and unwilling to put the
public hearings email on their website at
http://cityofboston.gov/citycouncil
The calendar listings on the website do not have all the content of the
full public hearings notices.
