I switched to Lucid and then xem= acs for many years but switched to gnu almost 2 years ago (Linux, Mac, Win)= . The support/development of xemacs has pretty much dried up and many of t= he packages I wanted to use no longer are compatible with xemacs. It didn'= t take long to convert all my customizations and it's been great. Many com= puter-intensive operations (e.g. re-indenting large files) are at least an = order of magnitude faster!
