I was thinking about SYNC_INPUT and redisplay triggered by an Expose
event separately. Actually, as I said in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2005-04/msg00365.html,
I'd really appreciate it if evaluations during read_socket_hook become
possible.
