Apparently: http://emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com/Reporting Finally, if your MUA doesn't allow you to edit the headers, you can set the various X-Debbugs- headers in the pseudo-headers. Try it and see. If you send to quiet@emacsbugs, and put it in a "test" or "spam" package, you won't bother anyone else.
