mailabbrev.el, html2text.el, pc-select.el, vip.el and viper-cmd.el get
byte compile warnings about next-line being used in lisp code. 

Can someone that knows those packages please take a look and check if
it would be possible to get rid of these warnings?

I've fixed html2text.el in Gnus repository (trunk and v5-10).
