Subject: Wrong current-time under win32

Message-ID: <uznl69mez.fsf@knight.6test.edu.cn> (raw)
Hi everyone:
In emacs 21.3.50 under win32, the return of (current-time-zone) is
(0. "PRC"), which should be (28800. "PRC") instead.
Any idea to fix this built-in function?
