After the merge with unicode, these two files are the only ones that
cause doschk to complain:

 lisp/nxml/test.invalid.xml - too many dots
 lisp/nxml/test.valid.xml - too many dots

Can we rename them to something like test-invalid.xml and
test-valid.xml?

I did so, and also moved them to etc/nxml since they aren't lisp files.
I couldn't find any code or documentation that made any reference to them.
