It's being useful that I was concerned about when I wrote that. IMO,
an MH-E users are extremely unlikely to look for information about
Emacs in an MH-E manual. Therefore, they probably won't type "Emacs"
at the `i's command prompt. So I expect those 30 entries to be
rarely, if ever, used.
