I build successfully in Windows 10+MINGW64, FreeBSD and OpenBSD.

For Windows 10 MINGW64:

   $ uname -a
   MINGW64_NT-10.0-19044 lx-desktop 3.4.5.x86_64 2023-01-20 09:17 UTC
   x86_64 Msys
   $ ./src/emacs --version
   GNU Emacs 28.3
   Copyright (C) 2022 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
