Hi, all.

    I built ntemacs from the latest cvs code(GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1
(i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2008-07-21 on PETERWANG-PC), it works great,
but when open tar.gz file, it crashes. is there anyone encounter the
same problem? any suggestion for that? thanks.
