Would someone please take a look at the doc strings in window.c.

I see several vars where the first line is wider than 67 chars, and
split-height-threshold is wider than 80 chars.

BTW, checkdoc doesn't check the recommended first line restriction;
on contrary it has this comment:

     ;; * Format the documentation string so that it fits in an
     ;;   Emacs window on an 80-column screen.  It is a good idea
     ;;   for most lines to be no wider than 60 characters.  The
     ;;   first line can be wider if necessary to fit the
     ;;   information that ought to be there.
