Subject: [ELPA] New package: url-http-ntlm

Hi,
This package provides a NTLM handler for the URL package.
For versions of Emacs <= 24.5, this package applies a patch to the
built-in url-http-parse-headers function. The patch is already applied
to the emacs.git master and emacs-25 branches.
The main author, Tom Schutzer-Weissmann, has signed FSF copyright
assignment papers.
Thanks,
Thomas
