In fact, the whole issue of `' vs. Unicode printing characters seems like a horribly bad decision. The amount of development time, bugs, documentation issues, and discussion, that has been spent on a minor typographical point that I imagine few people actually care about, was a mistake. Rather than solving any real problems, we've created a whole bunch of annoying new problems for ourselves, few of which have obvious answers -- or else these threads wouldn't grow so long every time. `This' reads perfectly fine to me, and is what I prefer to see. But that sh= ip has proverbially sailed; otherwise, I'd suggest we reverse this whole debac= le, and go back to the original behavior before any more time is lost. =2D-=20 John Wiegley GPG fingerprint =3D 4710 CF98 AF9B 327B B80F http://newartisans.com 60E1 46C4 BD1A 7AC1 4BA2 --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQGcBAEBCgAGBQJWgZXOAAoJEMFE2PTxn+Ywo74L/13YNCGr9vbbcsS56rodTkTv Wfo7LY04QYJprF9zWYL+kJOG6HvNS01un19hy5ovJHVn0R/grCnggzojjHPEz+gY 2Kxmrm8VtKb8E0giFKz3HLub5FLbzzqTGYXuVP8qhKcv5y/7xSjMQ5+6VlSzzCGl enFsFo7VzPMsuM9LvPm2ubi/qaWLyvE4FZ3FrhWzOXN8NDAUx1pI0DN1XVJk9ySL STig2xDUnOeiedW3i+ECcnfodym+ZZCw5cPsy0mau1eizzkSdZ+PS7Ydzvmoze/B wTIorIpGDg2qiXQOBJHXw2fDxWxo9pwgPVKqm7PMPNhgiSsGGUtLKpaT4ejhY7gl 57DpNNFnlblHeLMYEN8mu2YWkvbmOpWlwsQoN6QtxfEOvCyonE+k4f9p56h2vL+8 5KiAAKHnBfpNe6smA5l8XQ7J2d6fsJ72k8lLfTr9SWTO3AE6cGkvjKXFtrx8G+MA 6MvBlbfRGzjgChwvn05V7PUTUh/Gei6uZ0/ol9yikQ== =19aM -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
