image/menu-bar/tool-bar support for Mac OS X? Thanks.

AFAIK, no one has worked or is working on image support for Emacs built
with the --with-carbon option. You may be able to build it to run under
X Window and get image support working; I do not run X Window so I
cannot try this.
There has always been menu bar support.
Tool bar should work once you have image support.
