When semantic-mode is active the background parsing regulary displays
"Parsing Local (LL)..." in the mini buffer, unfortunatly this tends to
clobber other, more importint mesages. Even requests for input like for
example when compiling with unsaved buffers the "Save file ... " message
can only be seen for a short moment. This leads to emacs waiting for
user input without the user knowing so.
