Some live 12 hours opposite others. And there are some who are continuously connected and in your time zone who do not want to use Emacs W3 mode (or W3M mode, which is not available to everyone), which is to say, they don't want to use a Web browser, not even a non-Emacs Web browser. They prefer to have important materials electronically mailed to them. You have to be able to wait at least 2 and perhaps 3 days, occasionally longer. -- Robert J.
