ELPA badge hanging behind

Hello!

What is the reason that the `csharp-mode` ELPA badge is hanging behind
in versions?  The badge is showing version 1.0.2, but the latest as of
this mail is 1.1.0, (1.1.1 up real soon).  Version 1.1.0 is showing as a
.tar, so it seems to build, at least 🙏. I cannot seem to find the link
to the badge over at https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/csharp-mode.html
either.

I'm most likely just missing something small, but directions would be
really helpful 😇

Hmm... not sure about what's going on with the old badge, but as for not
showing anything, it seems it was due to a missing font making us
generate tiny/empty SVGs.
I believe it's fixed now, but it won't fix it retroactively, IOW will
only have an impact when new tarballs are built.

Great, thanks!  Well, a new build should be on the way sometime soon,
when ELPA decides it is time.  I'll see what happens then :)
