I'm not sure I understand enough what you're describing to know if it's useful. The current code we have does generate HTML (and text) versions of `.org` descriptions, and what is missing is changes in the code which make it possible to refresh those files when the `.org` has *not* changed (e.g. because the code that builds the HTML and text has changed).
