I rewrote called-interactively-p in Elisp for Emacs-24.4 (IIRC), but
I can't remember using that code for that, so in a sense no it was
not incorporated.

I don't know if the bugs he refers to are only present in the old
C implementation or if they're also present in the new Elisp implementation.
