I tried adding

    <Filesmatch "\.svg$">
        Header set Cache-control "s-maxage=86400, public"
    </Filesmatch>

to apache2.conf, but it gave me:

    ... apachectl[..]: AH00526: Syntax error on line 189 
    ... apachectl[..]: Invalid command 'Header', perhaps
