Changing RMAIL from `mail' to use Gnus's `message' would make it
support MIME on composing, at least. Message is supposed to be
compatible with mail. Gnus has a generic MIME library for decoding as
well, but I guess it is slightly more work to get RMAIL to support
MIME decoding using it.
