Yeah, I keep forgetting this. Repeating half the diff in the Changelog doesn’t seem right
to me. I’ll be more careful next time.

By the way, I've noticed that your previous commits had incomplete
ChangeLog entries. For instance, the `ruby-toggle-string-quotes' one
should have described not only the new command, but also the auxiliary
functions you've added.

And the keymap changes too, I think.
