* Cannot get to *Help* buffer if use C-h C-h

If you use C-h C-h, the *Help* buffer pops up with a list of help commands.
If you want to search that buffer something (e.g. "face" to see if there is
something like `describe-face'), you need to make that buffer current.

If you have a mouse (;-)), you can click the *Help* buffer. Otherwise, I
don't see how you can make it current (`C-x o' won't work, obviously). You
can only scroll it, and since it is now quite long, that means reading or
scanning quite a lot of text, just to find something like `face'.

I'm not sure what the right solution is, but this seems like a (minor) UI
inconvenience, and it is likely to impact newbies the most.
