But currently, the translation-editing functions=20 offered by Emacs are not up to par with translation dedicated free=20 software packages. So, translators tend to prefer such packages and=20 thus the formats that such packages support. But now that I understand why Eli as project maintainer does not favour=20 PO, I am totally fine with the project=E2=80=99s position. We need to=20 investigate what are the best ways to handle TeXinfo files for=20 translation and propose guidelines to potential translators.
